1. Returns Policy

At Scent & Satchel, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes & bags. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

🔹 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
🔹 Perfumes must be sealed & unopened for hygiene reasons.
🔹 Customers will need to bear the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

✔ If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5-7 working days.
❌ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange.

🔹 Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
🔹 Share clear pictures/videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
🔹 We will replace the item at no extra cost.
